Hard Rock Northern Indiana Opens Expanded Slot Machine Floor

The casino expansion at Hard Rock Northern Indiana in Gary is officially open to customers.

Altogether, the expanded slot floor will add 65 new slot machines and 1,240 square feet of gaming space.

Michael Gaudreau, Hard Rock VP of casino operations, said the company would continue to enhance the space for customers.

“We incorporated the feedback we received from our guests when making our decisions about the games, as we wanted to include familiar favorites to best utilize the new space and enhance the gaming experience.”

More options for Hard Rock Northern Indiana customers

Hard Rock said the expanded gaming floor allows the Indiana casino to offer slot machines with the latest advancements in gaming technology. The new layout also allows for better sight lines to the casino’s live entertainment and room for a mix of popular and classic games.

The Gary casino, just minutes from downtown Chicago, now offers more than 1,700 slot machines and 80 table games. Customers also have access to a Hard Rock Sportsbook adjacent to the Hard Rock Cafe. The sportsbook has multiple betting windows, a 24-foot-long LED display and 23 self-service betting kiosks.
